عنوان Spintires The Original Game بازی در سبک Simulation است . در این نسخه نیز مانند عناوین قبلی هدایت ماشینهای مختلف در رسانیدن محموله ها از نقطه ای به نقطه دیگر را در مسیرهایی بسیار چالش برانگیز و صعب العبور را بر عهده دارید . همانند نسخه های پیشین این بازی نیز پر از وسایل مختلف برای اضافه کردن به قدرت ماشنها برای پشت سر گذاشتن این چالشهاست و در این سری نیز شاهد فیزیک فوق العاده بازی در حین گذر از مسیرها در شبیه سازی گرفتار شدن چرخها در میان گل و لای و صخره ها و… خواهیم بود .
