عنوان SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated بازی در سبک Action – Adentures و با محوریت شخصیتهای سریال #باب اسفنجی می باشد . گرافیک و گیم‌پلی بازی مانند بازیهای قبلی این مجموعه پرطرفدار می باشد و تغییر خاصی در پی نداشته . البته سازندگان حق داشته اند که به ترکیب کلی اثر دست نزنند چرا که بازیهای قبلی ، محصولاتی پرطرفدار بوده اند و سازندگان نیز همان راه را ادامه داده اند . پاتریک، سندی و دیگر شخصیت‌ها، همان کاریزمای همیشگی را برای بازیکنان ارائه می‌دهند و شنیدن صدای آن‌ها نیز لذت بخش است.
